Funeral for Journee Mae Jean Mullenix

As most of you know our daughter Journee Mae Jean stopped breathing and was rushed to Dayton Children’s. When arriving at the hospital we waited 45 minutes for the doctors to get her stable. After that Journee had a CT scan that let us know she had an infection that the doctors didn’t catch in time that spread across her whole back and had killed her colon and after trying surgery there wasn’t much left they could do besides have the machines keep her alive so at that point me and dad decided to switch her to comfort care which is where they give her pain meds to keep her comfortable till she passes. If you can help ANYTHING helps. I never imagined I’d be watching my baby go in a casket…
