Funeral for Joanne Durkin

Dear friends & family of Joanne Durkin,

 

My Mother, Joanne Durkin, passed away November 6th, 2021. She was admitted to the ICU on Labor Day due to breathing problems and she also fractured her hip. Her right lung collapsed and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Eventually she was put on a ventilator for a month. They tried rehabilitation but she was too weak and then again put on. Ventilator once again. Her health declined and her organs started to shut down. There was nothing medically the Doctors could do to help my Mother.

Joanne was a loving Mother, sister, daughter, nurse and much more to others. I had the pleasure of spending the last year in Las Vegas with my mother. The 2 months she was in the hospital, I stood by her side and was hoping she would get better.
Since Joanne has passed, we are struggling to cover the cost of her funeral.  We would like to give Joanne a proper service she deserves.
