Funeral for Doug Branstetter

With a heavy heart my brother, sister, and I are asking for help with funeral experiences for our father Douglas Branstetter who passed away on December 21st 2021. His death was very unexpected so we are asking friends, family, and anyone who is willing to help with these expenses or other cost we may encounter at this time. We would greatly appreciated the help. Our dad was an Army Veteran, an Advocate For the homeless, and a drug and alcohol counselor. Dad was the kind of man that would give back as much as he could to his community. He worked with the Our Center for many years and currently was working with A Way Forward. We are going to have a gathering at A Way Forward Thursday January 6th at 4pm at 600 Terry St in Longmont CO for anyone who would like to gather there and share memories of our dad. We are at a loss of words for how much our dad will be missed by our family and the community he served. Our dad gave the best hugs, had the warmest smile, and tried to lived with a positive outlook on life. Our dad's Celebration of Life will be on February 9th 2022 at Longs Peak United Methodist Church 1421 Elmhurst Dr Longmont CO 80501 we will start at 2pm for anyone who would like to join us on this day.
