Our beautiful Declan passed away suddenly Friday evening. He was a wonderful son, brother, nephew and grandson.

Declan overcame so much in his 15 years of life from complications of meningitis when he was first born. He was such a happy character who enriched the lives of those around him. He made us so much closer as a family and made us all better people and the sense of his loss has left a huge gap in our lives.

We are all devastated by the loss of Declan and want to give him the memorial he deserves to honour his memory and say our last goodbyes.
