Funeral for Creflo Tansia

There is an African proverb that recounts: "It takes an entire village to raise a child" To that we would like to add that it takes an entire village to help heal from loss. We are calling upon our communities within the Ottawa and Gatineau region to help our family carry the weight of the devastating and sudden passing of our brilliant little brother, who we lost on August 10th, 2021 to a senseless act of gun violence.

Creflo Tansia was the most positive, kind, fun and loving soul. He had the biggest heart and love for everyone. Although he was the youngest of his family, he managed to live his life to the fullest and he will always be at the centre of our best memories.

Nobody should have to struggle to properly honour the life of a loved one. No family should have to bear the grief of the sudden passing of their child. We want to give Creflo the memorial he deserves, to honour his memory and say our last goodbyes. However as many of you know, funeral services are extremely costly. Amongst the pain and suffering, we are hoping to keep this process as smooth as possible, which is why we would deeply and wholeheartedly appreciate donations coming from our communities, to help cover the cost or our beloved Creflo's funeral service we are hoping to raise 15 000$ by Monday, August 23rd 2021.
