Funeral For Christopher Chairez

Our beloved Christopher Chairez recently passed on June 14th, 2021 at the age of 22. His life was tragically taken by another driver on the road. For an unknown reason, the other vehicle crossed into the opposing traffic and struck Chris's car. Chris was pronounced deceased at the scene by paramedics. His sisters Cinthya and Kim were also in the car with Chris, Kim is home safe now and Cinthya who was in critical condition is receiving multiple surgeries. Chris was set to graduate from UC Irvine one day after the accident. Chris was a wonderful brother, son, cousin, and friend who touched the lives of those around him with his beautiful heart and gentle soul. He leaves behind his sisters Cinthya and Kim, younger brother Christian, parents, tios and tias, grandparents, his cousins Alexander, Stephanie, Manny,  Angel, Luis, Brandon, Melody, Natalia, Daniela, Daniel, and so many more loved ones.

Chris dedicated his life to God and his studies of CJS at UC Irvine. He had dreams to travel to Italy after graduation and see the world, he was adventurous. He was a good person with a huge heart and always made everyone feel loved and welcome.

We are all devastated by Chris’s loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Chris the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. We also want help with affording Cinthya’s extensive medical expenses.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Chris’s funeral. We need to raise $14,000 by June 25th in order to be able to afford the funeral service. The remaining donations will be used towards Cinthya’s medical expenses.
