On 12/20/18 at 5:30 am, the police showed up at my door with the words, "We regret to inform you that Arturo Ramos passed away in a car accident last night."

My dad had just got off work and soon after, we lost him. He is survived by his wife, Helen, and his only daughter, Melissa, as well as his siblings, Rogelio and Nilda. It was so unexpected, and we are now trying to quickly get everything set so he can finally rest in peace. Please help anyway you can. Thank you.
