Funeral for Arquimides Ulisses Reyes Nolasco

It is with great sadness and with the permission of the grieving family that I inform you of the passing of Ulisse on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at about 4pm, just one month before reaching the age of 21. Ulisse was involved in a tragic motorcycle accident on Sunday, October 10th, which resulted in him being placed on life support.

Since enrolling at Sharpstown High School, Ulisse was dedicated to his passion for soccer. As one of the captains, he led our school's team to win the 2019 Regional Championship with a hat trick. The team advanced to State Semifinals, bringing a sense of pride and joy not only to the entire Sharpstown community but to all of HISD. Ulisse graduated with the Class of 2020. His teachers and peers will remember Ulisse for his charming and charismatic ways and for always trying to put a smile on one's face.

Es con gran tristeza y con el permiso de la familia en duelo que les informo del fallecimiento de Ulisse el jueves 21 de octubre de 2021 alrededor de las 4 pm, justo un mes antes de cumplir los 21 años. Ulisse estuvo involucrado en un accidente de motocicleta el domingo 10 de octubre, lo que provocó que lo colocaran en soporte vital.

Desde que se inscribió en Sharpstown High School, Ulisse se dedicó a su pasión por el fútbol. Como uno de los capitanes, lideró al equipo de nuestra escuela para ganar el Campeonato Regional 2019 con un hat trick. El equipo avanzó a las semifinales del estado de Texas, lo que trajo un sentido de orgullo y alegría no solo a toda la comunidad de Sharpstown, sino a todo HISD. Ulisse se graduó de Sharpstown en el 2020. Sus maestros y compañeros recordarán a Ulisse por sus maneras encantadoras y carismáticas y por tratar siempre de hacernos sonreír.
