Akeem O’Neil Anderson was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica on August 3rd, 1995 to Ann Marie Anderson and the late Eugene E. Anderson.
Akeem graduated from Matignon High School, and later went on to study at Bunker Hill Community College. He was employed at the Sunglass Hut for several years, and later Canada Goose where he
served as a Sales Associate and as one of the Canada Goose Ambassador models. In his most recent role, Akeem served as a Relationship Banker for Citizens Bank.
Akeem was known for his infectious smile, and for being the life of the party. He never turned down a good dance battle, he was not shy at all! From an early age, Akeem was fond of sports; from skateboarding, to bowling, shooting hoops on the basketball court, and of course football, he excelled at whatever he put his mind to. Akeem made
so many friends throughout his lifetime; people were drawn to his charisma, and his fun loving spirit; along with his awesome sense of humor. Akeem loved his family and friends, and always made it a point to share that sentiment with them.
Akeem leaves to mourn his precious memories his mother, Ann Marie Anderson. Three sisters; Tyissha Jones-Horner (Carl Horner), Taneisha Wilson (David Ferrone ), and Tammy Marie Anderson. He also leaves three brothers, Dana Jones (Angel Jones-Robinson), Emmanuel Anderson, and Jermaine Alonzo Brooks. He leaves two nieces and a nephew that were more like siblings to him due to their closeness in age; Angelique Murphy, Jada Horner, and Carl Horner, Jr.; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Akeem is preceded in death by his father, Eugene E. Anderson. He will be truly missed.
