Funeral for Aadayr Barajas
Last night, 10/12/2020, another angel was sent to heaven. At 17 years old, it was too soon for this world to lose Aadayr Barajas. He was an incredible human being. A sweet young man, with a kind and caring heart. In fact, his fatal trip was while he was taking his friend their backpack. Just the way Aadayr was. A sweetheart. Not only sweet, but talented too. He loved photography and video games and was skilled in both. He was a loving big brother to his two tiny sisters Alexa, and Joelle, often times helping his mom Azalia with their care. He was a faithful, loyal big brother to Demyr, his younger brother, and best friend. He was a loving and devoted son, and grandson, an incredible mentor to his younger cousins, and a treasured nephew. Aadayr was also
an organ donor, so his last gift to this world was the gift of life to many others.
Tonight, as I write these words, tears flow from my eyes. I knew this young man for around 10 years. His mom Azalia and I are great friends and have beenfor over 10 years. I fondly remember pizza parties in the park, barbecue in the yard, birthdays in the house, the valentines the boys would get me when they were little...the smiles and the hugs, the laughter and jokes...watching him grow from a skinny little boy, to nearly a man...nearly, but not quite. My heart is broken for my friend and her family. The loss of your first born is something no parent should have to bear. This fundraiser is aimed at helping ease the grief. At a time like this, money shouldn’t be on her mind. She should be able to plan her son's funeral with ease and comfort and not have to go into debt to do it. I love Azalia like a sister, and I love her kids like my own family. Please give whatever you can to help her lay her son to rest in a beautiful, peaceful manner. As of now, costs for the funeral, cremation, visitation, etc. are right around the $6,000 mark. These funds are needed as soon as possible. Final expenses are being paid by his grandparents, Emma, and Reynaldo, his mother Azalia, and stepfather Joel. The family thanks you for any support you can give.
God Bless you all.
