Funeral Expenses to Lay Adrian to Rest

I’m writing this in support of my big cousin Adrian, to help his mom and all of our family lay him to rest. On March 6th he was taken away from us at the hands of the garland police department. After having a hard day, reaching out to family and friends and just trying to make his way back home turned into him losing his life. As everyone who loves him and has met him knows, anytime he was around it was real and genuine love and loyalty coming from him. Even through his darker days he could still put smiles on the faces of anyone around him. It was always love when we were all together. One of the protectors of our family, should any of us have ever needed him he was there. Even if it was just to spend some time, to speak a word, to shed a tear, to share a hug, to crack a smile, he’s one you could call on. He dealt with a lot in his 32 years here in this world, regardless he remained a soldier through it all. All he wanted was to be a father to his babies and to live his life, to have peace, to be surrounded by his family and by love. He deserved to have and become all that God wanted and had planned for him, yet his life was cut short. This life hasn’t been easy for him, no matter what he’s always fought his best to push through and persevere. He started expressing even more lately that the trauma and weight of the things he’s been through had taken a bigger toll on his mental health these past few years, more than any of our family could’ve ever imagined or been prepared for. The weight of it became too heavy for him to carry. Because of this he was put in a position of him believing that the only way of relieving himself of his pain was to put himself out there in front of the police, to let them do what it is that they do. To take an innocent life of a man who needed nothing but love and support from this world, he deserved to live a full life, and in a split second he was stripped of that opportunity. After being followed, coming to a stop he stepped out, a firearm in hand invoking the several officers behind him to open fire and take his life. He leaves behind 6 babies, his youngest two being his 5 year old baby girl and his 2 month old son who now have to grow up without their Daddy by their side and a whole family who loves him that now has to learn how to live without him. This life for us will never be the same.

We’re coming to you all, whether family, friends or whoever, should it be on your heart in any way, to ask for any donations to assist in giving him a proper burial.

All donations will go to his mom, my aunt Billie to cover his funeral expenses.

There are also other ways to donate, whether cash directly to his mother or through zelle/venmo/cash app/apple pay as well. I’ll label them below and if needed you can reach out directly to his mom at the numbers listed as well.

Zelle - 4 6 9 - 3 6 0 - 3 9 2 9
Cashapp - $BillieWinn

Or Apple Pay through his sister-in-law Karra Castillo at 2 1 4 - 7 9 1 - 1 7 6 8

Anything is appreciated.

And prayers of respect, peace, and love for Adrian and for our family as well as we get through this difficult time.
