Clinton County residents Jocelyn Mejia Garcia, 11 and Jesus Mejia Garcia, 14 and their father Guadalupe Mejia Sandoval, 38 died in a car accident. Also Clinton County family member, Fernando Garcia, died in the same accident while in Mexico in Matehuala in the state of San Luis Potosí. The accident involved three vehicles including a Semi Truck. The white Suburban vehicle caught on fire, killing four Clinton County family members.
