Funeral expenses for 3ammi Driss, Bridgeport Muslim brother

My name is Omar and I am creating this fund raising to help cover burial expenses for a beloved member of our Muslim Community in the Bridgeport area of Connecticut.

Idriss, or 3ammi Driss! Uncle Idriss, what I used to call him to tease him!. Was a man who loved to laugh, good food, music, praying at mosques around the Bridgeport area and to fast Mondays and Thursdays. The community is saddened for the fact that his health has been quickly deteriorating and he was too proud of himself to seek or accept help. He was surely loved and many of the community knew him well and was reaching out to help him. Including the management at the Anwar and the BICC mosques.

We pray for Allah to accept him in his kingdom of heaven and shower his soul with blessing and award him jannat el Firdaus. Amen. انالله وانا آليه راجعون

Please help with whatever you can so we can provide him with a proper Muslim burial before it’s too late since his body is in NY state possession.
