My name is Carmen Ruiz and this account is for my friend Tammy Decker. Who recently lost her loving husband Willy Decker who is also a dear friend! Willy was an Army veteran and served our country with pride. My goal is to help with some financial burdens that the sudden passing of a loved one brings.
