My name is Sydney, and on Thursday, June 10th, a horrible event happened that will forever change my boyfriend’s family’s life. In order to respect the privacy of the family, I will be subbing the names for fake ones.

On June 10th, 1 year old (one month from 2) Nathan was in the local Publix in Palm Beach, Florida with his grandmother Norene. During this routine chore, a gunman walked up to both of them and shot them both before killing himself.

Because of how sudden both of these deaths were, their families could use assistance with covering funeral costs, grief counseling and other bills that arise. The last thing a grieving family needs or wants is to have to worry about how to fund a memorial service.
