Funeral Expenses for Tim Carbaugh

Tim Carbaugh's courageous battle with cancer ended peacefully on November 17, 2020, at West Side Regional Hospital in Plantation FL. His husband Michael McGinnis Carbaugh lovingly cared for him, and while Michael understands that Tim is now at peace, the loss is no less difficult to bear.
The medical expenses incurred during the past several years, coupled with the impact Tim's illness had on Tim and Michael's ability to work at times, prevented them from saving for Tim's final expenses.
Several of Tim and Michael's friends and family have asked how they can help, so we decided to start this gofundme to help Michael pay for expenses related to Tim's illness as well as his burial. Tim's final wish was for his remains and his mother Ann's remains to be interred with his father Ken in Grandview Cemetery in Johnstown PA. Due to the COVID pandemic, burial will not be possible until later in 2021.
Because of COVID, a small memorial memorial service is being planned at the lake in his gated community in Davie FL on Sunday, November 22, 2020, at 1:00 PM so his friends can pay tribute to his memory.
Your generous donations will be applied to Tim's final expenses, the burial of Tim and Ann's remains (including transporting them from FL to PA), and medical expenses that have accumulated over the past several years. These donations will go directly to Michael.
Tim loved his career as a barber in many salons in the Johnstown PA area and in Fort Lauderdale FL. He continued caring for his clients until his illness made this impossible. They were like family to him.
