The Fearer family has been my second family for over 30 years . This week my second family was hit by tragedy Gary Fearer (my 2nd dad) passed away after years of battling illness . On top of all of the emotional distress and great sadness , the Fearer’s are also concerned about funeral expenses and living arrangements for Mom .
