We are heartbroken that our sweet Conner Elijah Smith unexpectedly passed before his time on September 28th. We will miss his sweet spirit, spontaneous singing during church, and his big "smile teeth."

Conner loved trips to Target and Chick-fil-A, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, rides in the car, going to Zumba with mom and to church on Sunday. He had the sweetest smile and the biggest heart. He loved his family and always wanted everyone to be together. His memory will live on in the hearts of the many people who loved him and were touched by his beautiful soul.

This Go Fund Me will raise funds for his funeral and hospital expenses. Any possible donation will help The Smith Family tremendously during this devastating time as we go about funeral arrangements and begin to mourn the loss of our precious Conner❤️
