My sister, Susan Knisley, passed away on August 30th, 2023. She was a beautiful, selfless, talented person who was taken away from us far too soon. She was always recognized for the beautiful voice that god gave her and for her love of music. She would sing anywhere she could: church, weddings, even Carnegie Hall (not once, but TWICE). She loved to share her love of music, not only with her voice but with her teachings. She taught choir at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lavale, MD. She loved to travel as well, we considered her "The World Traveler" of our family. She lived life to its fullest and she lived how we all should, with an adventurous spirit.

Because her death was so unexpected and early in life, I'm asking any help possible with the funeral expenses and arrangements. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, even if it is just a share of this fundraiser. Thank you and god bless.

Friends will be received at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, MD on Friday, September 15, 2023 from 11 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. The funeral will begin at 1:00 P.M.

Entombment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
