December 21, 2021 at 11:23am, Our father Stevie took his last breath. Our dad was in the hospital for 16 days suffering from the horrible effects of Covid-19. His body grew weaker and weaker each day as time passed. Every organ began to shut down and we could no longer see him suffering. Our dad has been through so much in his short life. 57 years old and he has dodged death so many times and unfortunately this virus is the thing that took his life. Our family is completely heartbroken and devastated to have lost someone so important to us. He was the sweetest and most loving person we have ever known. Didn’t carry one ounce of hate in his body. He wanted to be involved in everyone’s lives. He cherished his family. His kids and his grandkids meant the world to him. He loved to talk to everyone and loved to see a smile on your face. He seriously loved so many people. He left such a huge imprint on people’s lives. These are all things you truly realize when someone is no longer around.
Our dad has lived with Cancer (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia) for the past 8 years and unfortunately because of his health he was not able to have life insurance. We are praying very deeply that we are able to raise the money to be able to give him a proper viewing & burial. He deserves to have those things done for him but we do need some help to make that happen. I really wish we could take care of it for him but we just don’t have the funds to do it ourself. We appreciate anything at all and if we can’t raise the money together then we will try our best to do the best we can for him in the end of this. Thank you to everyone who has reached out during this horrible time.
