Yesterday, October 21st, my beautiful sister, Stephanie Eisensmith, took her own life after enduring decades of crushing depression and anxiety. Despite her suffering, she offered endless love and compassion for others and bravely smiled her way thru every day.
She left behind adoring friends and family members, including her husband (Harry) and two children (Heather & Phil). She will be returned to Pittsburgh for a funeral and burial so she can finally rest where we all spent long summer days riding our bikes and playing outside as kids.
Years of rehabilitation and hardship have drained retirement plans and savings accounts. We need help flying her family back to Pittsburgh and providing her a proper resting place. 100% of the donations will pay for funeral-related costs and travel expenses for immediate family members.
We are all incredibly grateful for any help you can offer. Stephanie had a huge heart and would do the same for any one of us. Our only consolation is that now she can finally rest in peace.
