Funeral Expenses for Savannah Powers

Hello, I'm writing because we have lost our daughter, Savannah, and need help with her funeral expenses.

This past Saturday, April 2nd, Savannah was hit by a car in Palm Desert and killed. She leaves behind a sister, 2 brothers, and the 4 beautiful children that her father and I adopted from her when things got too bad.

As most of you know, Savannah has had trouble over the years, trying to come to terms with her Mental Illness. She was diagnosed Bipolar at 15, with a few other issues, like OCD & ODD as she got older. She struggled with her medication, and stopping it while pregnant didn't help. Unfortunately, she also got into drugs, and was in a very abusive relationship.

These last few months Savannah was trying. Something had clicked, maybe her 30th birthday passing, maybe something else, but she was looking to change. She had finally hit rock bottom and wanted help. Unfortunately she had burned so many bridges, no one wanted to hear her.

Now we have lost a beautiful light, that had finally started to shine again by a stupid, senseless hit and run.

Her father, Mark, and I are trying to deal with the loss of our oldest daughter, comfort our youngest 4, and keep our heads above water. We desperately need help for the funeral expenses. If you can't donate, can you please share?
