My name is Justin Linn.
I am saddened to announce the death of my aunt, Sandra "Sandy" Linn, who died at the age of 64 on June 13, 2021.
Sandy was born and raised in Bridgeton, NJ, moving to Philadelphia in 2014 with her two sons.
She had been battling several health conditions for several years. Most recently, she was admitted into the ICU on May 29, 2021, after experiencing difficulty breathing. Subsequent tests discovered a collapsed lung and a mass in her airway. A biopsy confirmed the worse - squamous cell carcinoma of the airway.
All attempts to treat this aggressive cancer failed, resulting in her death on June 13, 2021 in the Temple University Hospital ICU.
She was predeceased by her son, Christopher Kwon, who died May 2020.
Her surviving son, Mark, lived with her and was one of her 24/7 caretakers. He is obviously devastated, as he lost his only brother a year ago, and now lost his mother.
Your contribution will assist with the funeral expenses. She had no savings, life insurance, or assets. Any funds left will go to her son Mark to help him with any expenses.
