My nephew, Richard Wayne Cathey III, was tragically taken from our family yesterday morning (May 1st) at 2:23am in a Hit and Run while walking home. He was left on the side of the road with Life Threatening Injuries that he couldn’t recover from. His mother, stepfather, siblings and our entire family are left devastated and just can’t understand how someone could leave the scene after hitting someone. The image of him with those traumatic injuries are something we will never forget. “Lil Ricky”, as he has and will always be known to me, and his siblings lost their father on April 3rd of this year and just had his Memorial Service last weekend. Lil Ricky’s family needs assistance with funeral expenses as he had no insurance and just recently paid for their father’s funeral services. If anyone can help, we would greatly appreciate it! If not, please continue to pray for our family during the toughest time of our lives!
