Funeral expenses for Richard Butts

My name is Pam and my son's name is Richard Butts. Richard went missing on the evening of November 16th, 2018. I hoped that one day he would walk through my front door and be back home with us. Sadly, that was not to be. Richard's remains were found on May 22, 2023.

Now I have the painful process of burying my youngest child. I don't know how much everything is going to cost at this point but I am working on figuring everything out. It is an overwhelming process and harder than I ever imagined. I know Richard is in a much better place and is at peace. I hope to share a place where people that knew and loved him can go when they want to spend a little time with him. We have closer but will never forget or stop loving Richard and all the joy he brought to so many.

The donations received will be used for funeral and memorial services and if I have enough left over I would like to put a dedication bench or plaque at Spirit Lake. He loved to fish there.

I am waiting on the medical examiner's report so we can have services for Richard. As soon as I have dates I will share them.
