My close dear friend Rebecca Alvarez recently lost her father, Ramon Gutierrez, who died on July 22, 2022. Understandably Rebecca is struggling to cope, so we are stepping in to help organize ways to raise much-needed funds for Ramon Gutierrez's funeral expenses. As most of his family and friends knew him, Don Ramon was a very kind, joyful, humble, caring man that always had a joke for you to laugh at. He was the mechanic we all knew and went to. Don Ramon was well known and loved by all. Don Ramon loved his grandkids, he made sure they knew he was there for them and taught them everything he could. Don Ramon loved watching their games and tried to make it to every game. You would always see him with his LA Dodgers hat and a big smile. His passing will leave an emptiness in all of us, and leaves behind his loving wife, Maria Elena, and their four children.

Rebecca, his daughter, is a single mother of 3 children, Krissie, AJ and Nathan Alvarez, with one income. With her father's passing, it has been a substantial financial hardship. Therefore, we are asking for your help. Any amount will help, make a difference, and be greatly appreciated. We are currently looking at $6,000 to cover her part of the funeral expenses.
