Funeral Expenses for Rachael Pickens

At the young age of 38, Rachael Pickens passed away after a battle with cancer, leaving behind two daughters, Julianne (18) and Ashlynne (8). She didn’t have life insurance and the family is left with the burden of funeral expenses during this tragic time in their life. 

Julianne is a senior at Star City High School, eager to walk across the stage to receive her diploma and attend college in the fall. She is a waitress at Smokin’ Mills BBQ and lights the room with her presence. To know her is to love her. She is a hardworking, Christian young lady whom has been working to purchase a car to commute to college, as she currently has no car. This page was created to try to raise some money for the Pickens family to cover burial expenses so that Julianne doesn’t bare those expenses at the young age of 18.
