Funeral Expenses for Pop's

My dad Samu Taumanupepe passed away on Tuesday, October 16th, 2018 after a long hard fought battle with congestive heart failure. He received 23 stents and was in and out of the hospital many times over the last several years. My father's latest surgery was on October 10th, 2018 to attach a LVAD (left ventricular assist device) to his heart.
On September 27th, 2018, we took my father down to Houston Methodist for blood work and a doctors appointment. While waiting to get his blood work, dad passed out. We were then told that my dad's heart condition had worsened and needed to have open heart surgery as soon as possible or the doctors could not guarantee he would last six months.
On October 10th, 2018 my dad went in for open heart surgery and unfortunately this would be the very last time I was able to have a conversation with him. Over the next several days my dad's condition deteriorated. My father's heart could no longer support his organs which caused them to shut down one-by-one. On October 16, 2018 my dad passed away at 5:30 pm.
My mother also has congestive heart failure and has been in the hospital 4 straight months this year. Because of both of my parents being retired, and supporting their medical conditions (hospital bills, medication, etc) they were unable to continue to pay for their life insurance policy. I ask you not to judge my parents because when times were hard they were hard and unfortunately when it rains it pours.
I am an only child that is in desperate need to help my mother put my dad to rest. I'm asking for donations in honor of my dad Samu Taumanupepe. My family and I are extremely grateful for any donations that assist in the final preparations.
