Funeral expenses for our step dad

As many of you know our step dad has stage iv colon cancer that metastasized to his liver, stomach, and lungs. Sadly he is nearing the end of his time with us. He has been in the hospital for 2 weeks and decided to come home on hospice because he just wanted to be home with his family. Corey is a fighter and wants nothing more than to continue fighting his battle with cancer, but his body is failing him. We are hoping for a miracle but are faced with the reality that the inevitable is right around the corner. My mom is his primary caregiver but does not qualify for FMLA because they are not officially married. He does not have life insurance because of his preexisting condition. We are starting this Go FundMe to help with the cost of cremation. My mom has always been a giver and taken care of everyone around her. She has never caught a break, the last thing we want for her is a financial burden during this time We appreciate any help, as it will greatly decrease our moms stress, as if she is not stressed enough.
