Funeral Expenses For Navy Veteran James Mixon

Today we lost an amazing father, brother, son, veteran, friend, co-parent James Lee Mixon at the young age of 46 years old. He had been battling ms for many years and continued to work two jobs up untill his body would no longer let him. The thing about James he was a worker and he worked hard for his kids and for his family. He didn't grow up with a lot and wanted to make sure his kids had everything they needed. If you knew James you knew he was the kind of man that would give you the shirt off his own back if you needed it. He was proud to be a veteran but even prouder to be a dad. He leaves behind two beautiful children Heaven Mixon 19 and Bradlee Mixon 14. Now as he is no longer suffering we are left with the task of planning his funeral. I know he would not want this burden left on his children and family so I am asking anyone who is willing to help if you could please donate and help my children say goodbye to their dad it would be greatly appreciated. We will be meeting at Hager Funeral Home tomorrow to make arrangements and I will update information here as we receive it. Thank you in advance please keep his family and friends in your prayers.
