This morning, April 27th, my beloved father, Eugene "Gene" James Albrecht Sr. left us to return to the Lord.  I am left heart broken after his final battle that began on March 20, right when Covid-19 quarantines began where he lived.   He courageously battled cancer for 5 years and never gave up.  He was the most gentle soul and lived to help others.  He did volunteer work at the Red Cross up until a year before his passing and cared for his mother who had Alzheimer's disease.  He was a man who valued the important things in life, rather than worldly possessions.  He loved nature and gardening and caring for plants.  But most of all, he loved his family....me, his grandkids and all the children in the family. 

I could always count on him to be cheering me on from the sidelines of my games, so I want to give him a proper send off, but I need your help!  My Dad was the type of person who would help anyone, so please let's help him one last time.
