Funeral Expenses for Milton Pablo Jr.

Hi everyone, my name is Miranda Pablo. I am 18 years old and I am a daughter of a very loved man who is my dad, Milt Pablo. A few weeks ago my dad got sick and we thought it was just the flu. Every day while he was sick, he would only lay in bed and my siblings and I were always checking on him.

One night when I went to check on him, he was breathing fast and said it was hard for him to breathe. My mom took him to the ER. We all were praying for him during his emergency heart surgery. We kept calling the doctors to check on him, hoping he was getting better but unfortunately, he was only getting worse. We were all very scared and worried.

We were able to hear his voice on the phone one last time. Around 7:30 PM, we got the call from the doctors that he went into cardiac arrest and they started CPR. As soon as I heard this, I felt like my heart dropped; the thought of losing my dad and my bestfriend just shattered me. The doctors said that he was taken by COVID and pneumonia and that his heart wasn't strong enough to fight the sickness.

I have 5 younger siblings and 6 older siblings. The youngest is 4 years old. They are having a hard time too.

My mom is struggling with the expenses and planning my dad's funeral services. My dad was a very funny and caring man. He wasn’t selfish and always put his kids first. At work, he always made sure I was safe even if he had to put himself in danger. He and I had a very strong bond and I still can't believe my dad is gone. He is loved and will be missed forever.
