A husband, father, brother, and grandfather has transitioned to guide us from a distance. As a family, we were blessed to have guidance from such a pure soul. Miguel touched the lives of many through various avenues. He carried himself with warm humor and sought to bring smiles to the faces of those who crossed his path.

 

Miguel was a loving husband who consistently aimed to grow deeper in love as the days went by. He would consistently share his love story with the world and would embrace it with pride.

 

As a father, he raised Oscar, Monchis, and Pollo. While raising three men may seem extremely challenging, he handled it with ease ( or at least it seemed that way). Miguel taught them the values of love, compassion, honesty, and various more. He rooted the importance of family through vulnerability.

 

Miguel was a loyal brother and friend. Those around him knew his value and understood where his heart landed in terms of relationships.

 

Despite playing such vital roles to those around him, Miguel's strength was exposed when he became a grandfather. Miguel leaves behind four grandchildren who love him deeply. Their Tata dropped everything to play with them. He would find joy in their presence and made sure to be present when needed. Everyone who saw him in this role knew that his grandchildren had a gem of a grandfather. He devoted all his time, energy, and effort to them and we understand that those moments are irreplaceable.

 

While Miguel has transitioned to guide us from above, he will truly be missed. Those of you who have met him or his family are aware of the everlasting impact that he has had. As a family, we would truly appreciate it if any sort of support can be provided to alleviate some of the funeral expenses.
