Funeral Expenses for Matthew Hazlewood

Our beloved father recently passed away on May 1, 2022. Matt was an amazing, father, brother, and friend who touched the lives of everyone around him. He leaves behind his children, grandchildren, and siblings.

Matt dedicated his life sharing his testimony in hopes to help others. He was very open and shared his addiction with many people and even led so many people to Christ because of his story.

We are all devastated by Matt’s loss and not prepared to cover funeral expenses. Despite the struggles he went through, it never stopped him from being an amazing family man and friend, and because of that we want to give Matt the memorial service he deserves. We humbly ask for donations so we can give one last thing to him and say our last goodbyes.
