Funeral expenses for Matthew Bailey
Donation protected
The family has allowed us to use a picture of Matthew. This is of Matthew and his mother at the Georgia aquarium.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is on behalf of the McCally family and the funeral arrangements that will be taking place for Matthew. Matthew was lost tragically on Monday Sep 7, 2020 as a result to bullying and despondency. He was a beloved son and brother to the McCally's and he will never be forgotten.
Matthew Bailey was born in Monroe, Louisiana August 3, 2005. As a delicate infant he did not know it yet, but he would soon be the love of his adoptive mother's life. She raised him to be smart, curious, caring, kind, and to love nature. Matthew conquered many challenges but he always worked hard with the love and support from his family. He will be remembered as a lover of all things related to video games, automotive, aviation, matchbox cars, tanks, trains, planes, art, gardening, and all the curiosities in life his heart sought. He loved to talk about all the things that interested him. He always made sure to share his thoughts on these things with others. Despite preconceived notions that teachers had about him he excelled in school. He was the top of his class in reading and later went on to take advanced placement classes. This amazingly brilliant child will always be remembered, eternally cherished, and forever loved.
The family would like to advocate for anti-bullying and seek help for those going through anything difficult in their lives.
The funds will be used for any and all funeral arrangements including the casket, tombstone, and burial ceremony. They will be sent to me (Tyler) or my girlfriend (Michelle McCally) and then sent to those in the McCally family who are helping to pay for everything.
