Funeral Expenses for Mary Conrad
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Nicholas Chase Montgomery, and I lost my mother, Mary Conrad, unexpectedly on January 2nd. She was only 52 years old, and passed due to an unknown heart complication resulting in cardiac arrest.
To honor and celebrate her life, we held a viewing, service, and burial on 1/7/2022. I have taken out a loan to cover this sudden unexpected cost, in order to make sure we could honor her wishes of a green burial. She was laid to rest next to her brother, my uncle, Mathew Stephen Conrad Sr. at Bestgate Memorial Park in Annapolis, MD.
Most importantly, I want to be clear that I do not expect money from anyone in particular, even family. Only give if you feel inclined, and please do not feel pressured.
My mother was a wonderful person, and had an incredible impact on this world, and on me as a person.
I have included an excerpt from her obituary below.

Born on 20 April 1969 to Ann Conrad Eid and the late Kenneth Leigh Conrad Jr. in Washington, DC she was the baby of the family and loved and spoiled by all..
Mary was a wonderful sister and mother, as well as an accomplished EMT and firefighter using her skills to save many lives. Early in her life she played the clarinet and took ballet but her true love was sports, be it soccer, track, or swimming at which she was quite good. As a young mother of two living in Alabama she was a member of the Governor’s task force on how to better assist young mothers. All her life she used her many skills to help others and to improve the lives of those she came in contact with.
Mary was also a surrogate mother to several young people she unofficially adopted; she was kind and compassionate, taking them under her wing and loving them just like family.
Mary is predeceased by her brothers, Kenneth Leigh Conrad III, Mathew Stephen Conrad Sr., her sister Christine Leigh Conrad Russell, her Aunt Lillian Elin Kidwell, Uncle Harry Charles Newman, nephew Blake Owen Conrad and niece Sabrina Noel Conrad.
Mary is survived by her mother, Ann Christine Eid, her three sons, Christopher Neal Conrad, Daniel Liptak, and Nicholas Chase Montgomery, as well as her siblings, Keith Larrabee Conrad, Keegan Francis Conrad, Michael Timothy Conrad, Kevin William Conrad, Autumn Leigh Jackson, her step-father Omar I. Eid and numerous nieces and nephews.
