My son Marlin Rudd is only 43 years old.  He’s faced a lot of obstacles in his life with stage 4 small cell carcinoma being his biggest hurdle.  He’s been fighting his best fight.  Unfortunately after taking rounds of chemo and radiation he took a turn for the worse and  we were told that he is not going to make it.  We wanted to have him transferred back here to Roanoke to be with his family and friends but he will not survive the trip.  We are currently in Chattanooga TN spending  what time he has left by his side. First we ask for prayers for him for a peaceful homecoming and for us for the days, weeks, months and years to come.  If you are able and feel led to do so please donate if you can so we can bring my son home to be buried with his family.
