Alpine has lost a great man, Fire Chief Mark Scudder.

He was a Volunteer Firefighter since the age of 14 and our Alpine Fire Chief for the last 19 years and as many know him he was a Paramedic with Alpine EMS for the last 34 years and started in EMS here at the age of 16 as one of the youngest EMTs in the state.

His family needs our help with funeral expenses.  Every little bit helps.
