With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mrs. Maribel Adorno-Baez on July 3, 2020 after a heroic 7 month battle with cancer. She leaves behind her loving husband of 13 years, Angel, her 4 children: Miyah, age 6, Angel, age 11, Ariel, age 21, and Irving, age 24, as well as her large and loving family here at home and in Mexico.
Maribel was a loving, caring, free spirit inspired by love, nature, and family. She always had a bright and welcoming smile that lit up any room she was in. She loved everyone and always looked for the good in life. Her family was her life, heart and soul and anyone that had the privilege of knowing her knew that. She was and will always be their guiding star.
With permission of the family I’ve opened this fundraiser to help ease their heavy financial burden. We hope to raise enough to provide her with a funeral service worthy of her beautiful life. Any funds raised above that amount will be used to ease the family’s financial responsibilities incurred during this catastrophic medical crisis and the Covid pandemic which has negatively affected their income.
We thank you for ANY donation you can make, especially in this time of massive economic anxiety for all.
