My name is Gloria Alvizar and I have set up this campaign to help raise money for my uncle's funeral expenses. It is with a heavy heart and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Margarito Castro. He passed away unexpectedly due to an unfortunate accident, leaving our family unprepared.
He was a father, husband, brother, uncle and friend. His heart was so pure and full of love. He enjoyed nature and the outdoors, especially the desert. He had a huge fascination with plants and aliens. A couple of his famous sayings, "Little one" and "Big Dog". One was used as a nickname for myself, and the other was to show respect to another individual.
Margarito was an angel who worked so hard every day to take care of his two boys and wife. He was a father that loved to go on family trips with his two kids, Michael and Diego, along with his wife Angeles. A beloved and selfless individual. Margarito consistently went above and beyond to ensure he could give the absolute best lives to his family, no matter what sacrifices he had to endure in the process. All who knew Margarito knew he treated everyone as if they were his own family. He loved all people and touched so many of our lives in countless different ways.
Margarito was my uncle, but played a big role in my life. He was like the father I never had. He was someone you can always count on, someone that would drop everything he was doing to help. He was always joyful and willing to help others. The one thing I loved the most about him was how open he was to anything. You can have a conversation with him without any judgement.
Our entire family is devastated with the sudden loss and we are doing everything in our power to remain strong. The funds will be used to cover the most urgent needs of the family, which are mortuary expenses, burial/funeral fees. All of the costs include transporting the body and then to the local funeral home. We hope to raise enough money to fulfill these expenses and create a sense of relief for the family he left behind.
I want to say thank you to all in advance, anything helps. We will be hosting a ceremony, in which all who loved Margarito can partake, when the time comes. Our lives are never going to be the same without him. His laughter filled our home and he will be greatly missed by us all. What I wouldn't do to see his smile one more time.
