On September 25th the youngest of our family at age 19, my beloved brother Marcos Bernardino was pronounced dead at the scene giving full CPR, epinephrine, and intubation to keep him alive. My mother feels the most pain and we would like to comfort our family in a way that they will be able to visit his grave. We grew up & currently live in a low-income community with little to no resources and the last thing anyone should worry about is expenses of the funeral cost. To feel guilt over not having the sufficient funds to let my brother rest at peace. A beautiful innocent soul gone so soon It’s weighing heavy in our hearts and in our minds to feel what he was feeling to want to leave our side. I was there alone to receive the news that “they did everything they can in their power and medical knowledge to save his life. After one hour of CPR our high hopes dropped to the minimum that there was no pulse or brain activity and was pronounced dead. I was in a state of shock. My mind was rushing with thoughts leaving my heart broken and fallen apart that my bloodline brother, from the same mother really left a mark and had a turning point on our family. All that’s left is the things he left behind. To cherish what he was so passionate about. Being innovated and open mind to creativity is what he lives for, but sadly God had other plans for him. It’s sad to say another Beautiful soul had a lot to offer and even that big smile of him is all I can picture when I close my eyes. His smile made you feel so welcomed. He had a loving personality making people laugh was his specialty. Although he’s physically gone and it’s difficult at the moment to accept this lost soul, he is now living a better life where he pictured everything as beautiful as his soul. Forever living and resting in paradise, so long live Marcos Bernardino and all the good times and memories we had. You made me so proud. He came out to be a gentleman to the ladies who valued nothing more and nothing less than self respect to himself and others around him. You became a friend in need, a brother I need, a son a mother always wanted and a real friend that cared & managed to keep his positive vibes. We will forever carry you in our hearts and our thoughts, which is the only place I can see you now. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this. Any support is very much appreciated. Everyone of you is appreciated for all the love, support and shoulder to cry on in times like these. For more information please contact me.
Last but not least share a smile with your
friends, family , next door neighbor , that person across the street from you walking the dog, a smile can change your whole mood and spread the love. As loved ones exchange tears and hugs. Marcos will be down smiling at us happy that his legacy of smiling is contagious and in fact very
effective. Long Live Marcosgone but
never forgotten. You will forever be in our hearts and prayers. As we send our prayers to you, please send back your guidance and strength in unfortunate moments that lead to a devastation. We all hope to meet again one day, but
until then, your legacy will live as long as we live to tell it . Thank you so much to the community and friends and supporters and everyone who has time to empathize
with our mourning in session.
