As most of you know, my sister Makayla passed away unexpectedly on June 13, 2021. My dad was able to put a small down payment toward the expenses of her funeral in order for the services to happen, however, he only has 30 days after to pay the remaining balance. The total was almost $13,500. We hate asking for help but Makayla did not have life insurance and seeing my dad worry about how he is going to pay for all of this as well as taking in Makayla’s children to raise after all of this is heartbreaking.
