My name is Jason and I started this fundraiser to help the grieving sons and daughters who lost their loving and kind mother Mrs. Mary Yolanda “Yolie” Hernandez Flores to cancer this evening. Yolie was one of the kindest women I have ever had the chance to meet and she will be missed sorely by all those who were touched by her wit, charm, and loving spirit.

 

Mrs. Hernandez passed away from cancer on June 5th with all her children by her side. 

 

This fund is to help with burial expenses. Any funds leftover will be used to offset some of the lost income and travel expenses faced by the children during her final weeks.

 

I hope you and all those around you never experience cancer. I pray each day this disease will be cured and no patient or family has to endure the immense pain and anguish it causes. Until then, we are left with broken hearts and the memory of those we have lost.
