Funeral Expenses for Kristen Kehl

It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Kristen Kehl on Sunday morning, January 7th. Kristen's departure marks a tragic and unforeseen loss for our family.

Kristen grappled with the complexities of mental illness, a relentless battle that ultimately led her to make the devastating choice to end her own life. Despite her ongoing struggles, she remained determined to confront her challenges head-on and fought valiantly for an extended period.

Tragically, Kristen's passing occurred just days before a trial that would have provided an opportunity for additional support and rehabilitation for her illness.

Kristen was a person of exceptional beauty, both inside and out, and possessed a myriad of talents, including art, violin, dance, speaking, and writing. A dreamer at heart, she was passionately committed to exploring human potential. Her pride as a Libra and her appreciation for celestial signs and mercies from above were constants in her life. Kristen's confident and witty sense of humor, even in the darkest of times, showcased her resilient spirit. Her caring nature extended to others, even during moments of intense personal suffering. Kristen harbored a deep desire to contribute meaningfully to the world, evident in her choice to be an organ donor. Her eyes, now donated, will provide the gift of sight to two individuals.

In addition to her parents, step-parents, siblings, step-siblings, nieces, and nephews, Kristen leaves behind her 11-year-old daughter, Alizay, now under the care of her father and his extended family.

This unexpected loss has left our family devastated, and we humbly request your prayers and support to help cover funeral expenses as we celebrate Kristen's beautiful and loving soul.

A viewing and funeral honoring Kristen will be held in St. George, UT at Spilsbury Mortuary.
