Hello. I am making a go fund me page on behalf of my friend, Shannon Koester.

We lost an awesome individual recently who touched the lives of so many. Kirk Koester passed away on December 24, 2022 and the news of his passing quickly rippled through the community, shocking everyone but quickly that shock turned to devastation and heart break. This loss is felt by many, especially his family (his estranged wife, Shannon, his son Bobby, his grandson Anthony, his daughters Janell and Marissa. Those who were lucky enough to know Kirk knew him to be a positive, friendly and hilarious human, who could light up the room, wherever he went. He was the kind of person that would give you the shirt off his back or his last dollar, he was a generous and caring spirit. He will be missed and his loss will continue to be felt by all those he loved and who loved him.

A funeral/celebration of life will be held to honor him in the next few months but in the meantime, the costs associated with getting his affairs in order as well as the costs associated with his funeral and burial along with grief counseling for the family.

Please give in any way you can to help Shannon give Kirk the burial he deserves.
