Dear family and friends:

I am Jeanine Gilber, mother of Khaliyl and on Sunday October 10, 2021 Khaliyl Gilbert was killed . Khaliyl was 22 years young and is a victim of a ruthless murder. This unexpected death is a tragedy to our family and community. Khaliyl was dedicated, loving, and a caring young man; full of promise and
purpose.

Khaliyl was full of laughter and brought joy to everyone around him. He was in the police academy an on his way to a fulfilling life. 

With all the pain, stress, and emotion a 
death can bring it also brings a financial
burden. I want to raise funds to properly 
lay my son Khaliyl to rest peacefully.

It is time likes this that we need to come 
together and stay strong. I am thankful
for any contribution to help with his
funeral arrangements.
