It is with a heavy heart but some relief that she is no longer suffering, to tell you that my mother Kathleen McGuire, has passed away. She died from complications due to Lewy Body Dementia which was horrible for an intelligent and hard working woman like her. She is no longer suffering though and is at peace.

The unfortunate thing is that her life insurance had lapsed, I am out of work for the last two months due to taking care of her, so I have no money for funeral or burial.

My mother was an amazing woman who was a nurse all her life, and also served in the Army as a nurse, in the Vietnam War. 

If anyone could help with even just a few dollars, it would be great.
