Hi everyone as you may now know my father Juan Figueroa (Cotija/Zorillo) unfortunately passed away on February 16, 2022
I was not looking forward to creating this go fund me not today, not yesterday, or when it happened, for funeral expenses. I was praying and wishing that my dad would win his battle against cancer. God had other plans for him, and he is not suffering anymore, even though it breaks our hearts to not have him here with us anymore.
Juan was genuinely the best dad, husband, grandpa, brother, cousin, uncle, friend, and boss anyone could have. He always left a positive mark with everyone he would come across. Many might remember him from working with him, in need of a job he would always help people to getting one, playing soccer with him, always cracking jokes, and being the life of the parties ready to sing any chance he had.
Please help my dad’s last wish come true of having a funeral service here in Sacramento, funeral service in Mexico and being laid to rest in Mexico.
My family would greatly and genuinely appreciate your donations in helping his last wish come true.

No tenía muchas ganas de crear esta cuenta de go fund me ni hoy, ni ayer, ni cuando sucedió, para los gastos del funeral. Estaba orando y deseando que mi papá ganara su batalla contra el cáncer. Dios tenía otros planes para él, y ya no sufre, aunque nos rompe el corazón no tenerlo más aquí con nosotros.
Juan fue genuinamente el mejor padre, esposo, abuelo, hermano, primo, tío, amigo y jefe que cualquiera podría tener. Siempre dejaba una huella positiva en todas las personas con las que se cruzaba. Muchos podrían recordarlo por trabajar con él, cuando necesitaba un trabajo, siempre ayudaba a la gente a conseguir uno, jugaban fútbol con él, siempre hacía bromas y era el alma de las fiestas, listo para cantar en cualquier oportunidad que tuviera.
Por favor ayude a que el último deseo de mi papá se haga realidad de tener un funeral aquí en Sacramento, un funeral en México y ser enterrado en México.
Mi familia apreciaría grande y genuinamente sus donaciones para ayudar a que su último deseo se haga realidad.
