Funeral Expenses for Joyce Sifre
Donation protected
Joyce was a dedicated mother, sister, and friend to so many. When she loved she loved big. She touched so many lives (human and animal) with her kindness.
She was also strong, the strongest woman I know.
Her first battle being in 2001 when she was diagnosed with Leukemia. The doctors said it was an absolute miracle that she beat it, that there’s no way she should’ve survived. But that’s my stubborn hard fighting mom for you, she never gave up.
During this time, a hospital error caused her to lose her ability to speak properly. A battle she would face the rest of her life, but she never let this stop her from
living her life to the fullest. She used Facebook as her way to communicate and
fortunately in this day and age, we have the memories of her Facebook page as a memorial to keep her stories alive.
In recent years, Joyce had been plagued with many health problems including a heart attack and loss of kidney function. She never let these stop her from doing everything she wanted to do and always bounced back stronger. Getting this recent cancer diagnosis in February was just another battle we knew she’d be able to fight.
She never ever gave up. Joyce was a fighter. She fought until the very end- so much so that none of us knew it was the end quite yet.
While her spirits were high and ready for battle, her body was tired. Selfishly we all want her here but we can find in peace that in the first time for a long long time she is finally without pain.
As with most death, this has come at an unexpected time for me and my sister. We are absolutely devastated for the loss of our mom and now faced with covering the funeral expenses.
Every donation will go towards a modest memorial service, more details to come.
She loved you all more than you’ll ever know.
Thank you for your consideration. And, on behalf of Joyce, we wish you peace, blessings, prosperity, and all the love in the world.
