Dear family, and friends,

It is with great sadness, to inform you that Joseph Rascon passed away suddenly this past Monday, he just turned 23 years old. His family is devastated, and in a state of shock.

I set up this page to help his family with unexpected funeral expenses.

Joseph was beautiful soul, who was loved by many, and will be missed tremendously.
